- make sure you add an unused file number to the video file name
- open up dropbox. to find the correct folder click the "Apps" folder and click "simthology streamer app2" then drop the video file into it
- open up wordpress and in the upper left column hover the mouse over "media", in the submenu click WP VIDEO STREAMER and you should see your file in the list create the thumbnail.
- next go to "Adding A New Video To The Library" and complete the steps for creating a post, only after that is done do you follow the last step in that post to clean up wp-video-streamer.
