TERMS and WAIVERS
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that the views or message of SIMTHOLOGY is derived from the data curated in the library, SIMTHOLOGY’s Bible. In no way will I twist that data to use against SIMTHOLOGY or its agents to further my own agenda.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that if my person is so delicate that the data contained in the library causes an adverse effect in, or to, me, that it is my fault for entering and the responsibility to immediately remove myself from SIMTHOLOGY and all of its platforms is required by me immediately.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that if I represent law enforcement or I am a member of any government that if I am here for fraudulent investigative purposes when SIMTHOLOGY is fully transparent that I UNDERSTAND that in the end all of my efforts will fail and that what I seek from aligning with who I have, will bring me the opposite of what I seek.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that SIMTHOLOGY has been created with anti corruption at its core, that any attempts to corrupt the system will be thwarted, that the primary function is to free the minds of the corruptibly programmed. Therefore any attempts to stop SIMTHOLOGY from its path will be considered fraudulent and SIMTHOLOGY will protect it’s path vehemently. ALL contribution origins will be scrutinized carefully and SIMTHOLOGY reserves the right to refuse contributions at any time.
I – being the signer of this document, do here by wave ALL rights to sue, chastise, slander or falsely report SIMTHOLOGY for theft of publicly released and legally curated content via YouTube’s unrestricted and non secure platform for any reason and that doing so will result in a lawsuit against me the signer of this document for breach of this contract.
SIMTHOLOGY’s stance in regards to YouTube is, that the current state of YouTube’s business model is failing and that SIMTHOLOGY might be the only repository of much needed data that will be lost forever. SIMTHOLOGY encourages ALL content providers to upload to the SIMTHOLOGY library as to archive their important work.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that the content contained on or in the SIMTHOLOGY website or any other form of communication provided by SIMTHOLOGY or its endorsed partners, has been curated and is in use for educational purposes ONLY and at no time am I – being the signer of this document, am ever aloud to possess any copy of said content from said communications on SIMTHOLOGY’S or its partner’s platforms..
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that SIMTHOLOGY has curated said content legally and provides samples of said content as to promote the hard work of the original content providers in or on Youtube and that my futile attempt to convince the original content provider otherwise, and or if SIMTHOLOGY is legally approached by said content provider because of me, then that action will prompt the billing of said provider for the amount of providing said promotions. IN OTHERWORDS, the end result of my treachery will hurt the original provider and I will be banned from SIMTHOLOGY and its partners for life for my defamatory action.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that the sole purpose of SIMTHOLOGY curating said content is to reveal a path that one is free to take or not to take on my spiritual education journey and that any content not PRODUCED by SIMTHOLOGY is free of charge TO TEMPORARILY VIEW.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that I can of my own freewill, at any moment, merely copy and search the title of any said curated content from the Youtube platform and that I can at any moment, visit the content provider’s Youtube channel by means of inserting said copied title into the search bar in or on YouTube’s platform and view said content there.
I – being the signer of this document, can provide contribution at any time to the original producer of said content, that is if the providers channel and said content still exists on the Youtube platform and that it is my choice, to temporarily view on the SIMTHOLOGY website, and I SHARE in any CONTEMPT of not doing so, if it was to exist at all.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that SIMTHOLOGY encourages me to search for the original content provider whereby I will DISCOVER more compelling paths that I may or may not take.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that at no time does SIMTHOLOGY suggest in any way that I renounce my religion to be a SIMTHONIAN parishioner of SIMTHOLOGY.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that in NO WAY is SIMTHOLOGY CONNECTED, AT ALL, EVER, to any other “theology” Religions.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that in no way is SIMTHOLOGY connected or endorse or contribute to ANY political body or nonprofits that promote any such nonsense as to advocate violence, sexual orientation or political endeavors of any form.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that SIMTHOLOGY advocates spiritual enlightenment ONLY.

DOES NOT promote or advocate any one religion over another and that SIMTHOLOGY is but one path to what SIMTHOLOGY and it’s partners consider to be a spiritual and historical truth to the extent that my UNDERSTANDING can accept, presently.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that SIMTHOLOGY is like no other religion and has no interest in being represented by any other religion on any level, at any time.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that SIMTHOLOGY is not a threat to any other religion, that in fact Simthonians are encouraged to learn all there is to learn about every subject.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that SIMTHOLOGY does not exist for me to prove it wrong, because wrong or right, the intention is to set me on my path of spiritual enlightenment.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that my path is up to me only and that no human can take that from me, that my inability to choose the right path is part of the learning experience in the game of life and that my own choices dictate my experiences. No one from SIMTHOLOGY, in any way, will ever attempt to force my perception. I have to agree to anyone’s force at anytime in the game of life, when I could have freely chosen to simply say no, and protect my path.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that I will not evangelize SIMTHOLOGY in any way, shape or form and that my or anyone’s journey must be discovered not given or shown and that if I am asked personal questions like “has it worked for me” that I may convey MY own feelings and personal discoveries and that I will merely pass on the website link to any and all who show interest ONLY and I will NOT suggest any particular Content or teachings of or from SIMTHOLOGY, EVER.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that I may promote the SIMTHOLOGY website via link or personally worn merchandise provided by SIMTHOLOGY to me.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that as a SIMTHONIAN, I am being entrusted to conduct myself from now on in a manor that may not be acceptable to others. IE: I police myself not others, I hold myself to the highest personal state of being, to be calm and collected when others are not, to shed ego, to concentrate on my own game play or path rather than someone else’s and to show by example of being.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND will protect my path vehemently at all times by way of not giving in to torment or giving up when it is hard and that I will take into consideration the time it took me to come this far and to not put expectations on myself as to when and how my path is to unfold and that I will not be quick to judge ANYBODY from here on out and that I will “let it play out” before acting or thinking on impulse and that as a Simthonian that I represent SIMTHOLOGY when I am in public.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that I am 1 chromosome away from being an ape and that my, being human is no happenstance.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that the yearly donation once donated, is nonrefundable and that I can merely discontinue any future donations made Via the pay site and that SIMTHOLOGY is not responsible for discontinuing any and all said donations at any time past, present, or future.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that the message board in or on the SIMTHOLOGY website is a DIRECT link to the founder or creator of SIMTHOLOGY and correspondence be done in the highest professional and respectful manor possible.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that the SIMTHOLOGY clergy is ORDAINED and that ALL messages or confessions of a personal nature are kept CONFIDENTIAL, UNLESS the subject matter of the correspondence contains criminal conduct.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that I must keep in mind that the Founder and creator of SIMTHOLOGY is a human, Sigma, Em path and that the nature of message or confession may or may not warrant a reply and if its hurts me then chances are it may hurt the Founder and Creator and that I may NOT take a non reply from the Founder and Creator as a personal attack or neglect and that I am encouraged to rethink, rewrite or, re-approach the message or confession in some other way.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that the message board is a separate action from making comments on or in library content and BOTH are to be approached in a professional and respectful manor and that comments about said content may be more suitably written in or on YouTube’s platform and that SIMTHOLOGY is no way connected to the original content provider and that it is up to me to find and contact the original Youtube content provider.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that this website and all of SIMTHOLOGY’s partners are under the ownership of The Church of SIMTHOLOGY.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that SIMTHOLOGY will eventually be FULLY automated and that the message board will eventually be under algorithm supervision and that this algorithm will be personally coded or programmed by the Founder and Creator.
I – being the signer of this document, AGREE, and UNDERSTAND that ALL SIMTHOLOGY doctrine, once written by the Founder, and Creator is UNCHAINGEABLE, and if this a change in core message is noticed then I understand that that in fact SIMTHOLOGY has been compromised and I am encouraged to simply follow the 4 simple commandments of SIMTHOLOGY.
